Amrad Investments Group is a privately held investment company owned by the Amrad family, founded in 2012 by Shimon Amrad — part of a natural growth process that began years earlier at Shachak Elevators. As the business expanded into new areas, the need arose for a single umbrella to unite the family's activity under one clear, organized structure.

Leadership at Amrad blends two worlds: the family sets the strategic direction and makes day-to-day decisions, alongside a board of directors that includes outside professionals and serves as a reviewing, decision-making body on material matters — a combination that brings deep personal commitment together with the discipline of professional governance.
